This trendy 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental located on Sea Spray's Riverside building overlooking the beautiful Perdido Key's "Ole River." The spacious master bedroom hosts a king size bed and ensuite bath with walk in shower and safety bar. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and pull out trundle and has a tub/shower combo in the adjacent hallway. The modern living room is decorated in soothing tranquil colors and offers a sleeper sofa and matching chairs. This unit offers a large dining room table and has additional breakfast bar seating. The fully stocked kitchen comes with a drip coffee maker and all the comforts of home. The inviting Riverside retreat offers everything you need to a memorable getaway; tennis/pickleball courts, kayak rack, 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), fitness center and hot tub. With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, you're at the beach in minutes!
Minimum age to rent is 25 years of old.

Parking managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an email invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owners' expense.

Amazing views

We loved this place. The views were amazing and it was so much roomier than in the pics. The ladies at the front when checking in were so helpful and sweet. I love that there are pools on each side. The location is perfect! Close to everything you need. The place was also reasonably priced so we are definitely renting here again and asking for the same place

Fishing Trip

Two old guys went fishing. No issues what-so-ever with the condo. We came in after hours and Cheryl with SeaSpray was very helpful with getting everything organized before we got there. (And she was super friendly which is a rarity in today's world.) Biggest Pro - The boat dock was great. Fresh water, Electric, well lit, nice fish cleaning table, great shape and has an outside boarder that helps protect against waves banging the boat around.

The unit was lovely..extremely clean and plenty of room. Just came on wrong week..condo was undergoing renovations which meant getting up every morning to the sound of very loud drilling and hammering..couldnt enjoy balcony as workers were out there every day starting at 8 am..had to close curtains so couldnt enjoy view which was stunning...pool closed...just be sure to wait until renovations are complete. The unit itself was lovely and view is beautiful! Had to leave a day early because of noise and dust but would go back again if no construction.

We never got new towels in a 4 day stay, bit I’m sure there’s a process to be able to get new towels. But other than that everything was top notch! The check in people were wonderful and the condo itself was massive! Really good experience all in all!

Gorgeous View of River, Unit as described but needs TLC in some areas

The unit is layout is perfectly as described. I think the layout and the view is amazing. The livingroom and bedroom furnishings were nice and up to date. The only furniture that I think needs replacement is the chairs in the master bedroom. The rocker looks like it has been around far too long. I would updated the linens in the master bedroom as well. The unit was a bit stingy on number of towels. 2 per size per bathroom. Also, when we arrived there was NO paper towels and NO TOILET paper in the unit. Not even 1 square! After a very long drive and before we ran to the grocery, this was not ideal. Fortunately, I had tissue in my vehicle. The unit was clean and very tidy, however, I do think the tile floors are ready for a good scrub, not just a mop job. Also, the toilet lid in the master should be replaced. Lastly, there is black mold on the balcony all around the windows on the caulking. This needs to be bleached. The unit does has a bit of a musty smell and I think the HVAC system, filter and ducts could probably be cleaned. That all being said the unit was perfectly what we were looking for and it was easy enough to cross the highway to the other buildings. We did not use the tennis courts but, they looked pristine so I think this is certainly a plus of the building location. Also, kayaks are available for rent immediately dockside downstairs.

This was our second year renting this unit. It was a bit run down since last stay: linens had terrible odor, tub drain not working properly, dryer not working, toilet seat broke and a lot of mildew outside of unit. One call to property manager and items were taken care of. I washed the linens myself. Grounds were still spot on. Other than the fire alarms going off at 1:30 in the morning and everyone having to vacate the building our stay was great. Look forward to coming again next year

Family vacation

What a great place to stay. Condo was exactly as shown on VRBO. Friendly staff at check in. The view was amazing. Sent several emails with questions prior to arrival and never got a response. Finally got someone on the phone. Only suggestion would be for more than one trash bag to be provided for guests staying more than a couple of days. Other than that, we will definitely be coming back.

Short on washcloths. Only had 1. Not that a lot of TV was watched, but the volume on some channels did not work. The clothes washer smells from the gunk inside the door seal.

The condo was great and perfectly described from the description. The only hiccup was the check in time. Check in per the description is 3pm. SeaSpray check in is 4pm. If you get there before 3, there is no checking in early
