Centrally Located Cozy Bungalow - Newly Renovated

Welcome to simple, cozy, and convenient! Our family's 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located to everything Pensacola. You'll be a 20 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to UWF, 5 minutes to PSC and PCC, and 7 minutes to the airport.

Our home (renovated in May) sleeps 7 with 3 new Queen beds and twin size cot with 10" Lucid mattress. Our home is tastefully decorated with charming touches and comfortable new furniture to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need to make that home-cooked meal for the family. Enjoy dinner together in our dining room space adjacent to the kitchen. In-house laundry is also available for your convenience. Come and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and all that Pensacola has to offer!

To help you enjoy every moment of your trip, we've provided the following limited amenities:
- 3 TVs with HBO and Netflix
- variety of board games in house
- body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower
- sample toothpaste
- toilet paper
- cooking essentials (basic table service, pots & pans, nonstick spray, basic spices, knives & cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring cups, etc.)


While we are not an all-inclusive experience, we do our best to keep you comfortable while you visit Pensacola. Please let us know how we can make your experience top-notch.

Our home consists of two completely separate units with separate entrances and parking. Because of this, the front yard is reserved for your stay, while the back yard is reserved for the other unit. Our home has street parking only, with street parking available on the entire street and neighborhood at no cost.

Clean home, comfortable beds

Stayed here while adult daughter was in hospital. Home was spotlessly clean. Neighborhood was nice and neighbors were friendly. Host was kind and responsive- would definitely stay there again!
