RELAX, GET AWAY AND EXPERIENCE "BEACH HOUSE" LIVING at one of the most beautiful, uncrowded beaches in Northwest Florida! This adorable 3BR/2.5BA cottage has that "Old Florida" style appearance on the outside and modern interior finishes and furnishings on the inside. If you are looking to get away from the crowds, you will LOVE Molokai Villas which is located in the heart of laid-back Perdido Key, Florida (a 15-mile barrier island). Molokai Villas has 14 stand-alone villas with only 4 direct beachfront cottages like this you have private covered parking and a huge Gulf-front balcony to relax, listen to the waves kiss the shore or watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the beach, enjoy lazy days in the pool or dock your boat at Molokai Villas docks across the street. This cottage has all the modern conveniences. The spacious kitchen has great Gulf views, new stainless appliances , full pantry (very convenient!) and is stocked full of fabulous kitchenware sure to please the most discerning cook.
Sleeps 10 people with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms upstairs and sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath downstairs.
Brand new, super comfortable pillow-top mattresses. Smart TVs for streaming in every bedroom. Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated in coastal, cottage style. Fully stocked with beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and everything you need to EXPERIENCE ISLAND LIFE!

Mother’s Day Girl’s Weekend

The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for 8 ladies and 2 under two! The beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view! Also walking distance to the Crab Trap. Great weekend getaway!

Our girls’ group has been going to the beach annually around this time of year for several years…this was all-around our FAVORITE place ever!!! We usually stay in a high-rise condo, but we loved the quiet serenity of the beach cottage. Everything was perfect!!

Perfect location

My husband and I flew in from Michigan, my daughter her husband their two Month Old flew in from Denver. We stayed here for five nights. They really have thought of everything at this house. Well appointed, comfortable beds, lots of light and comfortable living area. Proximity to beach is probably one of the closest you will find and we’ve stayed at many in the area over the years. Everything was just great.

Perfect Family Getaway

We’ve stayed at Molokai for over 25 years, but never A4. It was perfection. The decor, view, comfort and ease of access was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back and make many more family memories. Thanks to the hostesses for a wonderful family getaway.

Great place on the beach

My extended family and I had a great time. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary together. We loved the short walk to the beach and the home was lovely. My kids enjoyed all the beach toys and floats. There was some construction around which made it a little hard at first, but the owner was quick to help us with that situation. I would recommend to a friend.

Beutiful location! Great beach access. Loved coffee on the deck in mornings and drinks on the deck in evening. We came to celebrate daughter's Spring Break from college. Would have been nice if the Kitchen was stocked with a couple of larger pots and skillet. For a group of 6 or more the pots were limited. Also there were no hand towels in bathrooms. Nicities that would make the location extra great.

Great Trip

We had a great week! The owner was always quick to respond to any needs or concerns. The condo itself is AMAZING! BEST stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at a rental property. They have thought of everything! I loved all the hooks in the master bathroom. Plenty of room for bathing suits & towels. The beach wasn’t crowded. We will definitely be back!
