Waterfront Townhouse, 3 min walk to the Gulf of Mexico

Waterfront townhouse with a great location close to the Pensacola Beach pier, boardwalk, and restaurants.
An outside sitting area, as well as a second floor terrace, overlook the water.
An enclosed two car garage is located on the first floor. The Gulf of Mexico, with its white sand beach, is just across the street.
The townhouse sits directly on the Little Sabine Bay.

Two bedrooms are located on the third floor, and the balcony has a beautiful overview of the Pensacola Sabine waters. One king size and one queen size beds have Sealy mattresses. Carpets are in both bedrooms for comfort and quietness. 55" and 43" 4K UHD smart TV in the bedrooms.

The living and dining rooms are located on the 2nd floor and have tiles. It features Ultra HD 65'' LG smart TV. The full-size kitchen has granite countertops and two barstools. It has an electric oven and coil cooktop with an above stove microwave.

The laundry room with the washer and dryer is located on the second floor.

The perfect getaway

What a slice of paradise! This cute little condo was a short walk to the beach but up against the little Sabine. We saw dolphins swimming in the Sabine a couple times during our stay and it really put the cherry on top! About 2 miles from the heart of Pensacola beach, the unit is peaceful and quite with the option of a short trip for all the fun. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
