Shine Bright at Starboard Light! Stunning condo located next to the water!

Welcome to the unforgettable "Starboard Light," a gulf-front home where you can watch dolphins jump from the emerald green waters, play in the sand while the Blue Angels scream by, or simply relax while floating in the crystal-clear waters of the pool. Guests love watching their kids swim from one of two balconies, enjoying morning walks on the beach, or dining at the nearby Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Sip your morning coffee while listening to the waves from the main bedroom balcony.

This home comfortably sleeps six guests. Bedroom 1 has 1 King Bed that sleeps 2 and 1 Twin Day Bed that sleeps 1. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen Bed that sleeps 2 and 1 Twin Day Bed that sleeps 1.

The dining table seats six comfortably, with an additional four seats at the kitchen bar stool area.

Technology and entertainment include a 65” Samsung Smart TV in the main living area, a 50” Samsung Smart TV in Bedroom 1, a 42” Samsung Smart TV in Bedroom 2, and a Samsung Soundbar speaker system in the main living area with Bluetooth connection.

Features and amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, and basic seasonings, open to the living area with amazing Gulf views, a convenient Keurig coffee station located upstairs between the bedrooms, a downstairs balcony with bar-height table and sun lounges seating six, an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom with two bistro tables seating four, and two reserved parking garage spaces. Garage will not accommodate large or oversized trucks or SUVs. Guests also have access to public trolley stops, golf cart rides, Uber, and safe paved bike paths. The property is only 1.7 miles from the Pensacola Pier and the famous Beach Ball.

Important notes: Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the condo or on the balconies. Unit access is via exterior stairs only, with interior stairs providing access to the bedrooms. No elevator is available.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Great short vaca!

We had such a great time! We took my son for his Graduation and it was so peaceful here! Plenty of room, easy access to the beach and a pretty view! Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay!

We were able to enjoy this unit for the whole month of January. The property manager was excellent and handled a minor issue at check in immediately. The unit is very spacious and the views from the decks are fantastic! We were there during the historic snow on the beach and it was something we’ll never forget!

Perfect View!

This listing is beautiful! It’s very spacious and beautifully, yet simplistically, decorated. The view from both the main level and master bedroom are amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay and with several “extras” - luggage racks in both rooms, stools in every bathroom for little ones and extra towels for the pool. We would definitely book again! Do note, there’s a lot of stairs coming and going, but still worth it!

Pensacola Beach - Great Convenient Location

You can see Peg Leg Pete's from the street side balcony. No drinking and driving. The beach and view is the best in the complex. Garage parking is great, except if you have a larger truck, which was our case. Traded with a neighbor who had an outdoor parking spot. All good.

It’s so much better than a hotel when you’ve got hungry kids wanting snacks and meals many times a day. Nice large kitchen with everything you need! Plenty of pots and pans, flatware, dishes, slow cooker, coffee maker, blender. All appliances including washer and dryer. 2 nice size bedrooms, each with its own bath and also a half bath on the main floor. Plenty of room for 6 people or 7 with sofa. I love that the beach is right there, don’t have to walk across a road to get to it. Nice big pool, well maintained. The view is awesome of both the pool and the beach. Great seafood restaurant within walking distance- Peg Leg Pete’s.

Pool right out front of our room and beach access just beyond that! Beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was very clean, up to date, with comfortable furniture and beds. Very spacious, my family didn’t feel right on top of each other. Cozy feel!! It felt like home away from home. The only one thing I would change is putting an actual fitted sheet over the mattress pad on the beds, instead they just had flat non-fitted sheets laying over the mattress pad. There were plenty of bath towels and even four beach towels. You have access to two garages for storage if needed, however we only used one. Pool and pool are was kept very clean at all times! I would absolutely stay in this condo again! We loved it !

The location is awesome although we enjoyed viviting family and the city you never have to leave Pensacola Beach if you so desire as it has more then one can desire beyond the beach as far as restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We loved it!We traveled a day to Destin which is also a nice location but from what we saw we prefer Pensacola Beach over Destin.

Loved closeness to the beach. Didn’t love the steps to carry up luggage and groceries , but we knew ahead of time there were steps! On the bright side, it was great exercise running up and down them multiple times a day!

Short walk to the beach

So nice to have a short walk to the beach! The condo was stocked with all cooking supplies you could need. Unfortunately, the dishwasher had a leak issue but an appliance man was sent for repairs. Plenty of space & I love that there was a half bathroom downstairs!!! Hoping to be back in October :)

Spring break

Beautiful place, very close to beach and the best part…the beach isn’t crowded!!! We picked this place for my daughter’s first spring break with 2 of her friends and we all had a blast. Host was amazing by going to the property before us because Walmart delivered our goods 2 hours early and they put all of the food away for us. Definitely coming back here again
