Having lived in the area for decades, we knew the minute we had the rare opportunity to have this premier unit as our own, we couldn't pass it up. Hopefully, you will come experience why we love this amazing beach property so much.

The unit has been remodeled with no expense spared. From the plush living room furniture, to the beautiful artwork and one a kind pieces, the attention to detail make this a place like no other. Pour yourself a drink, relax on the balcony, and unwind to the rhythm of the waves. Watch the people coming and going, visiting the beach that is your home for the length of your stay. Send a selfie using our high speed wifi from the comfort of the balcony with the sugar white sand and crashing surf as your background. Maybe just stretch out on the sectional and watch a little TV. However you enjoy to spend your vacation, Villas on the Gulf N6 is the ultimate place to make every moment of it better.

When the beach is a bit to much, as if that ever happens, spend a little time relaxing by the community pool or feeding the resident ducks in the canal in the complex.

When it's time to gear down for the night, there is a comfy king bed in the master suite and a queen bed and daybed in the guest suite that allow you to sink into a blissful rest after your long day of enjoying the sand and waves just outside your door.

This was the perfect location. So close to the beach and a perfect distance between Navarre and Pensacola so there are lots of restaurant options. Would stay here again!

Perfect place for a beach getaway. The condo was exceptionally updated. Had everything we needed. I will say there are a lot of steps however we were aware of same when we booked our reservation. Would recommend 100%!

Beautiful property and quiet location! Beach is perfection and not too crowded. Amazing experience watching the Blue Angels Air Show at the beach and on the balcony. Host was very easy to work with. The ONLY downside is the 2 flights of stairs if you have someone who has trouble with that. Would most certainly stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. Great space and well equipped kitchen. The closest full-service grocery store is a bit of a drive (especially if there is beach traffic heading back) so arrive prepared. Be sure to pack beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra coffee, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, master bed was comfortable (we didn’t have anyone staying in the second bedroom). Kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and an umbrella to make your beach time more comfortable. The best thing is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! Couldn’t be better. Be prepared for stairs- as there is no elevator, but we didn’t mind. Loved the location- not right in the middle of all the business, but close enough!

Condo was in a great location! Beach was so close and easy walk. The interior was nice and had all needed necessities. Had one issue and the owner responded quickly and had a satisfactory solution. We all enjoyed our time and would love to come back here!

We had a wonderful stay at Pensacola Beach. The location exceeded expectations. It was wonderful to have such a close spot to the beach. The condo was well-kept and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was awesome to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a large beach area that never seemed crowded. We made great memories and loved our time here.

The condo was clean and quiet during our stay. The beach isn't over crowded and it was clean. The pool was small but still nice, didn't bother us since most our days we spend at the beach. Pensacola is a fun little town with good restaurants. Only thing we learned is to get your groceries before getting on the island.

The property is a little older but the unit is brand new AND PERFECT. Owner thought of everything. We enjoyed our time on the deck (a thin strip of white sand between us and the ocean) . Spectacular view.

This was the perfect location. Only a couple minutes drive to all the restaurants and shopping; so easy to get to, but a little bit away from crowds. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. You cannot be this view. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available to take to the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb, but that was not an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, TV and all the rooms, and all around just a great place to stay. I can’t wait to book it again when we come back!

This property was exactly as shown. Ocean view is beautiful and beach is not overcrowded. Quiet and clean. There is no elevator but we knew that from reading prior reviews, wasn’t much of a problem for us. Short walk down to the beach and a nice lagoon on the other side with ducks and turtles. Kitchen nicely renovated and well stocked. Beds are super comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay! You can’t beat the location - right on the beach. Saw lots of dolphins and even a couple manta rays from the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. The newly renovated kitchen was very nice and well stocked. The only issue we experienced was the shower door in the master bath literally fell out in my hands when closing it. We were able to get it back in the track & notified the property manager, so hopefully that will be replaced soon. The mattress had a dip in it also, but was still relatively comfortable. Maybe it just needs turning. Would definitely stay here again!
