Our family look forward to welcoming you - both 4 legged and 2 and we are always happy to introduce you to our farmyard woolies. The first of our 4 legged you're likely to encounter is a Highland Coo road block as you encounter our fold as you wind your way to your cottage. Here at Brockholes we leave you some food in the cottage so you can get up close to our - Pygmy Goats, Flocks of sheep - oessants, herdwicks, babydoll, ryeland sheep and of course the Brockholes Valais blacknoses, Donkeys, Chickens ducks and geese.
Your home from home will be a delightful cottage near Tebay, nestled in the Howgills between the hills of the stunning Lake District and pretty Yorkshire Dales.

Windermere, Haweswater and Kendal just 12m.
Looking to take to the hills, the Howgills are on your doorstep, Helvellyn 19m, Striding edge 31m, Pen y Ghent 23m, Kettlewell and the Dalesway 43m or the favorite Aysgarth Falls where you can re -act the “What a dope, he tripped on a rope. Now look at him shiver!”

Outside the back door you'll find your own garden space right on the banks of the river lune with outdoor seating perfect for a glass of vino in the sun.
