"Hardly no staff around, had to wait to check in for 25 mins, because no one was at the front desk, had to wait to park in the parking garage, because the same front desk person was not around (no parking lot so had to keep circling), room was dirty, elevator sounds like it needed maintenance, no fridge, microwave on the table, room door was not reinforced or secure, the bed sucked too, and did not seem as though the parking garage foundation was secure."

"I can’t speak highly enough about our recent stay at the Windsor Suites. For starters, the property is immaculate. The rooms are sparkling and on site restrooms and amenities are also extremely clean. We found ourselves on the top floor with access to the sky lounge, an unexpected bonus with two kids along. We all enjoyed a quiet breakfast there in the morning, and the beverages were a real plus with lots of walking. The beds were very comfortable, and the room cooled nicely when it was time for bed. We also enjoyed the attached Irish Pub! Everyone we spoke to was warm and helpful, and had great recommendations for exploring. Thank you!"
