"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. Our dog was taken ill while there and the staff were caring and supportive but not intrusive. We were fortunate to find a good vet nearby. I can recommend Shepherds in Port Talbot if you ever are in need of one. Our plan was to be out all day exploring, so we were not looking for a luxurious stay. The Holiday Inn was just right for us. The staff were amazing under difficult circumstances."
