"The room is clean as usual. Comfortable and spacious. But only one thing we are not satisfied, even we request 1 extra towel, they charged rm10-20. Before this they didn’t charge. "very convenient as KSL mall is just next door and lots of eateries outside .lotus supermarket and food street is just basement of mall. weather rainy does not affect and large night market Monday starts 4pm till late night outside hotel all the way to grand paragon hotel as road closed for the night pasar malam."
