"I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and each time I have enjoyed my stay. The staff on both occasions have been very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quiet and I although I'm usually out late due to a concert or dinner I love how the doors are locked at a certain time and you have to call to get in. Even when you call you are let in almost immediately. Whener I'm in the area I will stay here again. "

"No available equipment to transport luggage to your room. I was told you are to leave your luggage in the car then get room key and drive luggage to the room I explained I had taken a Uber. It only gets worse My husband pushes a walker they placed use in a smoke odor room on the other side away from the front lobby we couldn’t look at another room because it took a minute for elevator to move and it smelled like urine I asked if we could be put in another room on the first floor we were told...
