The staff was great. The room was just ok. It looks like when the place was new it was really nice. If you were looking for a hot breakfast you'd be out of luck. Oatmeal was the best option or a muffin. Will definitely go someplace else next time.

Stayed here to walk to the Master P concert at the coliseum. The perfect place for a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean! Who’s coming to the coliseum next? I’ll be back!

This property meets minimum standards for habitation. There is never not the smell of marijuana being smoked somewhere on the property. The appliances in my room did appear to be new and worked well. The bed was worn out, but the sheets were clean. The walls were scarred and needed to be repainted when I moved the television set for better viewing. There was an old children’s cookie underneath the stand, and although I didn’t see any rodents or roaches if this is going to be the standard of cleanings, they will soon be there.
