Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

Horrible service

The service is just horrible. They dont really speak English or understand very well. When we arrived there was noone at the hotel for 10 minutes and we just waited. They had forgotten we were coming, so they started argueing with each others, but none of them spoke to us or provided service for check in. They forgot roomservice one or more days. Only good service was the scooter they rented to us. The room and the pool was fine, the experience was just ruined by the service. We expected more for the price.
