"The room which was allocated to us was noisy. Not able to sleep at night. It was a roadside room. So overall, it was an uncomfortable stay as I was not able to sleep at night "
"This hotel is a great location for touring Edinburgh. If you have a car the parking is easy. There is also a public bus stop right outside the hotel. Our family stayed for three nights. We just parked the car for the whole time and then caught the #26 bus to Prince Street which from there it was easy to walk around and catch a hop on/off bus. We did the City Sight Seeing Bus and used the Green/Blue/Red Routes to get everywhere we needed to be.
The breakfast was great. I would recommend waiting to pay for it there as there are two different choices of hot or cold continental.
Great for families. "
"The room was clean and quiet - my only gripe was that at 9.37 am , after the slightest tap on the door, the cleaner walked into the room. Why have check out at 12 (which is fab, incidentally) if the cleaner is going to enter the room so early??"
"Amazing location and great rooms! Love the pods system so you can get some private space and not disturb others as much. Looked like they had fun activities and a good vibe but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to check them out. The location right in Old Town cannot be beat!"
"The room and hotel itself were really nice, somewhat warm, but better that than cold. This particular Apex Hotel did not have a Swimming Pool/gym in it, but the option was there for us to use its Sister hotels facilities two or three buildings distance down the road. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and beautifully situated in the city Centre pretty much, we highly recommend and will be back."

"Room was old, small, fire detector falling off ceiling, towel heating bar bad location and can burn yourself coming out of tiny shower. incredible view, pictures in booking were not even close to what the actual room looked like - bath and switch. "
