"Excellent hotel, great location. The room was lovely and spacious with a great view. The hotel lobby smelt incredible and staff were really friendly."

"Hotel is in a very convenient location across the street from the tube allowing us to go around the city with ease. Rooms were clean with updated modern amenities throughout the property. We stayed at another Park Plaza location last year (Riverbank) but prefer this one for future visits. Breakfast is £20 per adult if you pay in advance (or £25 the day of) and kids eat free. Complimentary cold water in the lobby and in the room (3 free bottles) which was nice to not have to hunt down water after a long day out."

"This was an amazing stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks and never was there a point that I thought we weren’t taken care of. It was easy to do the laundry which was very accessible, the staff were quite responsive if we needed anything and it was such an amazing property - both in terms of the location and the stay itself. I will definitely be back!"

"The room as usual was spotless and immaculate, though the bed is a small double it is still very comfy and the two of us had no complaints about it. Room amenities are great, kettle, electric hob, microwave and there's even washing up liquid and a sponge. The fitness rooms are more than adequately for mo needs. The 'icing on the cake' has to be the 20th floor swimming pool and jacuzzi with its view across the Thames (there's also a sauna and steam room). The on the 20th floor is spacious and relaxing and a great variety of drinks to suit everyone. My one disappointment is the size of the shower, very compact but the water pressure is great."

"A lovely hotel with parking overlooking the park. Buffet breakfast was good with reasonable choice some tables overlooked the garden. The rooms were a reasonable size, bathroom/toilet a bit small but fine. Bar area and lounge. Other pubs and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the 02, Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area."
