Adan and Marianne were perfect hosts and far exceeded our expectations. Communication and check-in were easy and they even called to help us navigate a GPS error (on our part) on our way there. Property was clean and their flowers were beautiful. They gave us fresh fruit and pastries in the morning. Our 2 young kids quickly took to Adan and Marianne, plus their two adorable dogs. Our kids loved checking out the birds on the property with them, and they were gracious to lend us binoculars and their telescope to check out wildlife. The views of Arenal were amazing and we saw a gorgeous rainbow on our last morning. This was the perfect location and ‘off the beaten path,’ which is what we wanted and needed, but still close to restaurants and not a far drive to other sights. Thank you, both, for a wonderful first impression of Costa Rica!
