"I spent 9 nights in Mexico City, with my girlfriend with 7 of those nights spent at Suites Mine. We arrived about 12pm (2hrs ahead of check-in). Upon arrival a helpful man at the front desk insisted on taking our luggage up the short flight of stairs. Although we were early for a small fee was able to check-in early. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The Studio type room was spacious, clean, light & cleaned upon request with the room card. The filtered tap on our floor was an added touch to refill the 2nr glass bottles provided. The hotel is conveniently located to local restaurants - great for late night Tacos & and an Oxxo. The roof terrace is spacious and a nice additional to the hotel & we used the Jacuzzi once on our stay which was warm but could do with being a little warmer. We were also the only ones in there which was nice. I will be staying here on my next visit. The only downside & reason for not staying the full 9nights was due to a late flight & not knowing if someone would be at reception as it is not manned 24hrs. Overall I felt a relatively nice Apartment Hotel and even when we left the same man asked if we needed a taxi & again insisted on helping us with our luggage to the uber."

"Nice place and convenient to Zona Rosa, and an easy Uber ride to most of the city. Staff is mostly friendly, but they have an absurd rule that charges you about 250 pesos if you bring a visitor to your room, even for a visit during the day! I hired a massage provider to come to my room during the day, and the clerk wouldn't let her in unless I paid this stupid fee. It was embarrassing and poor customer service to nickel and dime like that. I've traveled the world and never before discovered such a policy. They guy even confirmed he would charge the same fee if my buddy and I took a couple Coronas up to the room to hang out. How stupid!"

"I like the location, very close to Polanco and in an area where uber drivers can come fast. The room was clean and comfortable, but did not feel very safe, the room was in the 1st floor and the window had no lock and was easily accessible from the hallway, no way to lock it, just close it. The front door had difficulty locking as well, although I managed to lock it. The shower looked remodeled but not very nice, no towels were in the room,"
