"The cottage is lovely and comfortable and well equipped for a family of 4. The small holding that it was on is located in a nice little village with a great pub a couple of doors away. The children loved having the alpacas close by and would go and visit them every morning. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and powerful. We would definitely stop again if we were visiting the local area. "

"Absolutely incredible stay. We done 3 nights and didn't want to leave! The place was spotless, incredibly homely and comfortable. There were even complimentary cakes and wine left for us. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Our toddler loved having goats on our doorstep and walking down to see the pigs. The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful with nothing but a beautiful field behind us. The back garden with the hot tub is very private even though you have neighbours either side...

"The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet. We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dog’s excrement hadn’t been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). "Staff very friendly. Room was clean , fridge in room with tea and coffee provided. Towels changed midway through 4 night break. On site free parking a bonus. Breakfast was available for an additional cost."

"The staff were amazing. I can’t remember all their names but Carmen is the only name I can remember. She was kind and helpful. The chef(s) and kitchen staff made our stay pleasant, serving us delicious food throughout our stay. The rooms were clean but my only concern is that the doors are not soundproof so you could hear noise from outside. The pool was clean and warm and the spa was fantastic. It was a nice experience overall and worth a place to return to."

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
