Close to downtown Pella. Clean, comfortable. Small 32"flatscreen TV was a disappointment. Bathroom sink out in the open, across from the toilet and tub/shower enclosure.

Pros; The property was clean and appealing.
Cons; There were 3 vents directly below our window that made a racket all night long.
Also there is no reason to vacuum carpets at 12:30 am.
Nothing but an alarm clock in the room.
Find somewhere else for breakfast the sausage was cold and I couldn't get a knife or fork into the biscuts.
Right place for the price. Very reasonable price for the area and overall good stay. Two minor complaints, breakfast could be better and the t.v.’s are old and very small.
Since the beginning of CoVID, the level
of hospitality and care has gone downhill in a lot of hotels, and this is no exception. We stayed a total of three nights and not once was our trash emptied or the bath towels changed. It seems unacceptable to not at least have your trash taken out daily when staying in a hotel that offers small trashcans that hold minimal trash.
It was an excellent place to stay . The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. I tried to find out info on them from the manager but she didnt know. I have had bone cancer and have been trying to find a comfortable bed for 12 years. This was it. Thank you for the best sleep I've had in years!!
no drinking glasses available; lucky I hadn't thrown away my juice drink container. TV was dark and hard to see. No mid range on tv volume; either too loud or too soft. Bed and pillows comfortable, but glad I had brought my own blanket. Hand soap and shower excellent.
Very dissatisfied, clerk charged me even tho i had already paid thru the app! Was told needed the card just for a hold! Thinking about not using anymore, this is the second time, 5 days to get money back!
