"My spouse and I had a great stay here. Very clean, quiet, and calm. Great fishing off the dock on this private lake. There is also a two person kayak to use. The owner supplied wood, fire starters, lighters, even s’mores supplies! There is a stereo in this camper with speakers outside as well so you can sit by the fire with music playing. The neighbors cat gave us a visit, he/she is very friendly and cute. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We initially missed that we were renting a shared property with the owners, which we always avoid. But it ended up working out great! The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. We originally intended to cross-country ski the area, but with no snow and unseasonably warm weather, we involved Plan B with family and simply hung out together. "We planned on spending our time at the annual Rollag event but found we so enjoyed the property we ended up renting a boat for tubing and hanging out all weekend at this beautiful property. We loved the 70s theme decor! This property is perfect for various ages with seperate areas for quiet naps for little ones, quiet areas for reading a book to a second kitchen on the lower level leading out to the back patio where us adults could visit without waking up the kids. "Beautiful home. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. Nice home to gather but if unable to do steps probably not for you as the kitchen is on second floor. We were there in the winter and enjoyed our stay, Easy check in and communication great with host. If going in summer not a place with kids as have to cross a highway to get to water and no beach area. As far as adults and a place to get together a great place."
