"Carpets and bath tubs were stained. Pool had green algae and bubbles coming out of the water. Doors were warped and had to be slammed to securely close. Elevator floors were dirty and sticky. "

"Room was filthy when we checked in. Trash in trash can, used towel, used soap, empty food containers, bathroom dirty and someone had been laying in the bed before us, because cocers were messed up and pillows were stewn. When I went back to the front desk, the owner was rude and ended up just canceling our stay. We had to go and find a room someplace else, which wnded up being a blessing."

"Yes parking available and we'll lit. Staff friendly. After booking on expedia website staff called within minutes to let me know room i booked was unavailable and they have me an upgraded room"

"Check-in was very slow, I had a reservation. I had my dog with me so I was given a pet room. Gratefully, it was not smelly, but everything in the room had a layer of dust on it. Strangely, there were no bedside lights, just holes in the headboard. I like to read at bedtime, I had to use my phone flashlight. The hair dryer was pulled off the wall and sitting on the counter top. It did not work, so I took it to the front desk. They did not have another to replace it. The room rate was very reasonable, but not sure if I would stay again. It was quiet overnight, bed needs new pillows. "
