"This was the perfect place to spend a few days in Uvita! Located right in the town, it is close to everything but secluded in the hills with amazing views. The house was stocked with all of the essentials, and was a comfortable stay. Communicated with the hosts was great throughout our stay. "Amazing property for Birthday week. The pool and whole home have the most beautiful view and is surrounded by wildlife. Internet was strong but the tv was unavailable due to no remote and the outdoor grill needs a little help. "It's a very nice location. A bit dated but has everything you need. Nice quiet cabanas that are clean and really decent sized. Pool area needs some upgrades. "Our stay at the golden pineapple was wonderful. My husband and I love to travel to new countries and hotels. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The drive up to the hotel does require a 4x4 vehicle. However, we did not view this as a negative. Nothing amazing comes easy! The views were spectacular and actually enticed to want to stay at the resort which says a lot as we typically prefer to leave each day. The food was great. And service was even better! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The previous negative reviews have unrealistic expectations or blame this property for things out of their control. I would definitely come back again and encourage anyone to stay here when visiting CR. So much to do nearby! Thank you Jessie for a wonderful experience. "
