In the heart of the Peisey-Vallandry resort, the Cooonr/Book&pay agency offers you this beautiful studioat the foot of the slopes.This charming studio with mountain views is within easy walking distance of the ski lifts (Paradiski area 3min away - Peisey-Vallandry, Les Arcs, La Plagne - ).
With a surface area of 40 m², this studio can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and separate toilet) and a ski locker.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with lounge area (TV, dartboard) and dining area (large table).
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob...
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- A mezzanine sleeping area with 2 double beds (140×190), 2 single beds (90x190) with visual separation.

Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather.

Location:
The studio is ideally located in a lively, pleasant neighborhood! You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques (equipment rentals, souvenirs), restaurants, bars...

Activities :
- Many hiking trails can be found in the vicinity of the studio.
- Many summer activities are also within easy reach: : cycling - whitewater activities - tennis - golf - swimming pool - spa, - paragliding etc....

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the studio.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Landry TGV station approx. 13 min by car and Bourg Saint Maurice TGV approx. 24 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport, about 1h24min by car.

Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €30/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
