Beautiful pool area
There was a lot of problems the first day, the keys was not in the box, some friends of ours who have their own apartment was able to get a key from a neighbor and got in. The apartment was not washed because there was a misunderstanding between the landlord and the cleaning agency. they thought we would arrive two days later than was the case. We therefore had to sleep in our friends' home the first night. quite tiring since we got there at 0030 at night. after this tiring start, it was a pleasant experience to live here. Quite a lot of space and great outdoor areas. Short distance to grocery store and beaches. We would love to come back again. Thor

Perfect relaxing holiday
Well situated and fully equipped town house on very pleasant complex. Large Well maintained pool. Plenty of space inside and out. Always hot water available. Excellent base for Paphos, Polis, Latchi and the West. Many and varied restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Beautiful beach at Coral Bay. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Short stay
Beautiful compound, quiet and peaceful. Villa was perfect size and well equipped for a short stay visiting friends. Car is a must as no restaurants within walking distance when temps are highly 30’s.

Great value stay in nice surroundings
The property was tidy and clean , the pool was very good and was never busy. Despite assurances we found it very difficult however to find the property at 11 o'clock at night as there was only a small plaque that mentioned the property name and the street lighting was very poor. Our next door neighbours were noisy at times particularly in the early hours of the morning. Despite these things we enjoyed the daytime quietness when we were there ,the pool and welcome pack provided .

Lovely House
Beautiful location , very clean house with literally everything you could wish for. Irini Gardens is that ideal choice for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Close by there is a very good restaurant called Savvas Grill - recommend you go there & is walking distance (albeit up a steep-ish hill but it’s better walking down after a nice meal & a few glasses of local wine). In conclusion we would recommend this property to anyone! Plenty of information provided in the house folder too for local activities. Thank you so much for your help in sorting the TV too....great for UK news in the morning.

Amazing house set in beautiful location
Just back from a fantastic family holiday, the house is home from home with everything you could ever need, it's set in the most beautiful gardens with a fantastic swimming pool that has plenty of sunbeds available. Very close to some lovely family run restaurants, that serve great food. The beach is close by but a car is essential. Would 100% reccommend this house to anyone, we had a perfect holiday!

Great Location, very relaxing
The town house is really nice located in a peaceful location with beautifully landscaped gardens. Ideally located for the local restuarants and night life if that's what your looking for but far enough away so if you want peace and quiet you have that as well. The house is well equipped with an adjacent parking space. A great location with everything you would require. Thank you Carl, hopefully will be visiting again.

Lovely house set in the beautiful Irini gardens
Having been to Peyia and stayed in another property in Irini gardens we knew what to expect. We weren't disappointed. House was comfortable with all amenities you would expect plus more. The only thing missing for us was a safe for our valuables. Was a little bit concerned about leaving money and passports etc in the house although the door and windows had good locks . The tv programmes are streamed so uk channels buffer(a lot). Ok watching the sky network channels though. All in all was a nice house. Nice to sit on the pretty patio and also the upstairs balcony to watch the sun go down. BLISS!

Wonderful location, quiet complex in a central location that is close enough to explore Paphos
Fantastic holiday accommodation was good, could do with a fresh paint but I know when people holiday in others property how much abuse properties get so not a major issue for us. No tv or wifi until someone from complex helped us but to be fair to owner he attempted to rectify this from Uk-not a big issue as it made is relax more! We loves the local area and this property away from main tourist my parts which we love! One of our four year old twins has autism and the quietness of location and pool suites us perfectly. Hiring a car is a must to see more of the local villages etc. With thanks and we hope to return :-)

We do paint the high traffic areas before the start of the season and indeed throughout when we visit as a family but they it can be difficult keeping on top of. Très jolie décor, dépaysant, reposant.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, mon mari et moi ainsi que nos 2 enfants ados. L'endroit est calme, il faut être véhiculé, à 15 minutes à pied de Corail Beach, la plage la plus proche. Le logement est nickel et le décor extérieur est magnifique (séjourné en juillet 2023).

Gutes Preisleitungsverhältnis, Zentral und netter Vermieter
Das Haus ist einfach aber für den Preis total in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig und den gemeinsamen Pool haben wir oft alleine benutzt. Strand, Paphos, eine sehr gute Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Auto notwendig. Keinen Geschirrspüler aber das war nicht so schlimm. Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort aber er ist sehr bemüht und ich konnte ihn immer bei Fragen oder Problemen schriftlich erreichen. Er hat sofort geantwortet. Wir haben eine schöne ruhige Zeit auf Zypern verbracht.

Erholsamer Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus
Wir waren im März 2018 für 14 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. In der gesamten Anlagen waren etwa 4 Häuser belegt, so hatten wir einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Unsere Ankunft war spät abends und es war schon sehr dunkel. Da uns leider kein Lageplan zur Verfügung stand, hatten wir schon Mühe, das richtige Haus "C2" zu finden. Im Haus war dann alles O.K., bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns aber auch nur das Frühstück selbst zubereitet. Der Ort ist ideal gelegen, nur ca. 4 km zum Meer und weit genug vom Touristenrummel. Am Abend bieten sich einige Restaurants im Ort an, besonders empfehlenswert die Meze im "The Old Cinema". Wenn man die geschafft hat, ist man froh, das man den Weg zurück zum Quartier zu Fuß geht. Der Ort ist auch ideal als Ausgangspunkt für div. Ausflüge, ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Den deutschsprachigen Gästen empfehlen wir, neben einigen Gesellschaftsspielen noch mehrere Bücher mitzunehmen. Das Internet-Fernsehen ist schon sehr speziell, macht einfach keine Freude beim Zuschauen. Wer einen individuellen Urlaub auf Zypern verleben möchte ist in diesem Haus und in diesem Ort bestens aufgehoben.

erholsame Urlaubstage in wunderschöner gepflegter Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, vor allem das gemütliche Schlafzimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Schöne Terasse mit Blick in den Garten und zum Meer. Obwohl es eine Anlage ist, fühlt man sich ungestört. Jeder Zeit wieder, es hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben uns gut erholt.

Unterkunft gut!
In der Küche war die Bratpfanne nicht zu gebrauchen, wir haben eine neue Pfanne gekauft.! Es fehlte eine geeignete Teekanne, diese haben wir ebenfalls gekauft. Beide Gegenstände haben wir im Haus belassen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Klaus Martin Schuldt
