"Fantastic service from the staff, they could not have been more helpful. We loved the location, in a quiet street just a very short stroll from the centre. The pool and jacuzzi looked wonderful although we didn't use them... the water felt very invitingly warm enough. The bar and restaurant area is lovely... they lit a fire which was lovely to sit around with a drink in the evening. Our room was nice. Shower has plenty of hot water (could just use a hook for towels in the bathroom but otherwise great). We took a room with a terrace on top and sitting in the hammocks listening to the birds was just SO relaxing. We saw a good variety of birds just around the hotel, including a pair of toucans. All in all, a great stay. Thanks to all!"
