"We enjoyed our stay here very much, but the check-in process needs to be improved. The line to check in was so long, about a 15-20 minute wait! The difficulty in all this was that we had done a pre-check a couple of hours earlier, and all we needed to do was pick up the room key, but we still had to wait in that terribly long line."

"Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Metro stations were nearby. The coffee in the "guest kitchen" was pretty bad. Would have preferred a coffee maker or even an electric kettle in the room. The room did have a really nice refrigerator. The bathroom was very small but adequate. Shower and water temp was good. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. The front desk was kind of apathetic. That being said the hotel checked all the boxes and I would stay there again."

"The Dagney was a great choice in hotels for Boston. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were great and we enjoyed the close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed dine in breakfast and The on site restaurants and café.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

Key positives: Water bottle fill station on each floor Closet of amenities on each floor Special door to the pub next door; worked well during World Cup viewing Nice lounge on the first floor. Areas to improve: Add safe to room Put a wastebasket in the bathroom. It may be a new efficiency that we are seeing with hotels cutting back on wastebaskets, but it is not very graceful to carry all your trash from room to room. Thanks and we would happily return."

"Pros: Updated and clean room on Freeway 1 25-45 min to Boston depending on traffic Free parking and breakfast A small indoor pool but we didn’t use it 4 min drive to Costco Late check out option at 2 pm Helpful staff Cons: No public transit nearby Entrance from Freeway a little confusing Breakfast was uninspired so we only ate there once No daily cleaning"
