"WORST - This hotel must be banned - Not even worth 0 star I came to Kozhikode to visit my relatives and stayed at this hotel with my wife. I booked a ‘Deluxe’ room and paid a premium price for it. My Stay at Westway!

"No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!! Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room! Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :) Don't ask about ..."
