This gorgeous home has breathtaking views, western furnishings, wood flooring, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, seating for 4 in the dining room.
The master bedroom has a full size king bed along with a spacious closet.

The second bedroom is a large loft fully furnished and contains a full sized bed and a twin bed with a trundle bed.

Lovely cabin... rural ranch style community
To start off this cabin is absolutely lovely. The bathroom as a side note to whomever decorated is beautifully done. The entire cabin was beautifully done, but that bathroom fantastic. HOST very friendly and responsive. The property is large and the front porch view is stunning. There are homes on each side which while I was surprised, I really didn't mind, as I enjoyed seeing the horses and experiencing the ranch style life. Cows/bull frequented the property! There is an RV on the property with a "caretaker" whom I never physically saw and whom was off property more often then on. I only knew of their existence by the truck that was there and not there. QUITE LIFE, BEAUTIFUL CABIN AND SCENERY. I do highly recommend for anyone who wants to hear the crickets at night and the rooster crow in the morning. WONDERFUL.

Beautiful Cabin
This is a beautiful little cabin with all the creature comforts and plenty of room for the wife, 2 pups, and me. The cabin is clean and the rustic touches add a unique feel. The view from the porch/front of the cabin is beautiful as the mountains are in full view. For the most part, it is a quiet location offering a great view of stars at night. The pictures of the cabin in the profile listing give the impression it is more secluded. Two adjacent homes gives it a little bit of a fishbowl feel. Luckily, we brought some detergent to wash clothes because there was none available although the check-out instructions request you start a load of towels before departing. This was a nice break and not too far from Payson that offers anything you need. I'd love to take this cabin and put it on more acreage.

Peaceful paradise
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, looking at the mountains and listening to all the birds after preparing our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Mark was very responsive when we contacted him with questions. Highly recommend!

A Touch of Heaven
It was simply nice to get away from all the city noises and enjoy the peaceful time in the country and viewing the beautiful view of the Mazatzal Mtns off the front porch. Neighbors are all quite friendly.

This beautiful cabin on Hbar ranch in Rye, was a perfect anectdote from the hustle and bustle of life. This was our first trip to Payson, and the location in Rye gave us amazing night skies, a break from traffic, yet placed us close enough in to town and hiking trails. Our dog Hank had a nice big fenced in area to run in, while he got a close up view of cows and horses at the same time. The amenities in this cabin, along with the peace and rustic quality of life, make this a must do for travelers to the Payson area. We hope to return! Maria and Henry Robinson

2nd Time Staying Here
This was our second time staying at the cabin and it was even better. It became a very comfortable place for us with the location and surrounding views, since we like being out of town. Located 10 miles from Payson, it's still close enough to go into town, but feels like you are in the country. The cabin is clean and just right for the 2 of us and our dog. Mark, the owner, is very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. We will stay here again, if we get the chance.

We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and peace. The cows, horses and other animals were a delight to look at. The owner stopped in on our first day, and we had a wonderful chat. Had to call the other manager, Mark, twice. The first time was to get the correct passcode to watch the tv. The second time was because we had trouble accessing Amazon tv. We watched it the first night. No problem. The second night it wouldn't come up, and he told it that was not a smart tv and we didn't have that service. Come back next time when they upgrade the tv. The next night the Amazon service worked. No upgrade on the tv set. My wife was also pretty inconvenienced by there being no garage disposal in the otherwise very comfortable and modernized home. Nevertheless, our visit, overall, was very pleasant and enjoyable. Apart from the matters stated above, we'd like to come stay there again.

Paradise in the Desert
We had a great time here at the cabin. It was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Drinking coffee in the morning on the porch just looking at the mountains was very relaxing. Same in the evenings watching the sunset behind the mountains. We've already booked it for another week.

There are neighbors on both sides, but absolutely beautiful, pleasant, quiet. The cows were absolutely fun to watch Rome around. Set the tone for relaxation. I would definitely highly rate. This rental.

Beautiful cabin
This cabin was beautiful and extremely clean. The location is amazing for ohv fans as it is just down the road from a forest road. The cabin its self is pretty well stocked with kitchen items. As far as baby/toddler friendly its suitable for older tots, as there is no tub and the "kids" beds are up in the loft. We brought our baby gate for the loft area. Also brought board games from home to kéep the kids busy. This overall really is a great cabin and will definitely be booking here again.
