2 Master Suite Luxury Patio Home with views in Sanctuary at Rim Club
Grab some friends and come sit on the outdoor patio and BBQ in the cool nights Payson has to offer. This luxury patio home is close to the necessities but far enough to feel like your in the middle of the forest. Upgraded everything from countertops to leather furniture offers a modern decor throughout the unit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV and private patio. An electric fireplace adds the ambiance and warmth when nights are chilly. This townhome has its own 2 car garage. Payson has some great restaurants and shopping nearby. Great hikes and fishing await you as well scenic drives to the rim or lakes. Expect everything necessary to make your visit functional. Also guests with can enjoy golf priveledges to Rim Club or Chaparral Pines. Owners must set up tee times and payment can be made directly to the clubhouse. Golf round cost between $150-$175 per round. We also have a 4 bedroom in the same community if you are looking for a larger property.

Spotless and cozy
This home was spotless and very comfortable. The master is spacious the king bed was so comfortable. The host doesn’t cheap out on nice linens and everything we needed was there. She was super responsive with any questions we had. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, But close to most everything. Also the internet was reliable enough for my husband and I to both be able to use it all day! The only thing we were sad about was that we had to leave so soon. Hope to stay here again!
