"it’s a great motel very cute look. very clean. The only downside is you can hear the other rooms pretty loud and clear."

The Village at Highlands Ranch

"The village rooms were clean and the view was amazing. There was a shared fire pit out front of the village rooms that was stocked with wood each night. Having Franks and the general store on sight was a nice perk, especially with 2 kids. The room had a fridge and large microwave so you could bring lots of easy breakfast/lunch/snack options with you. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Franks food was good! The large grassy area along side the eatery was the perfect spot for kids to play and make friends. Our kids also took horseback riding lessons and loved the experience. If you want to eat at the upscale restaurant across the street you'll need reservations. We did not know and were turned away at 5pm with a party of 4 with no options for a waitlist. That was honestly the only let down of the entire trip. We'll be back and can't wait!"

"This was a one-night stopover in a longer road trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant next door is a big bonus. However, I wish there were more vegetarian options."

"Unfortunately this motel is right next to the highway and therefore there were many, many bugs (beetles, cockroaches, flies) both inside and outside of our room, and on the bed. Although the staff were super helpful, we looked at the various seams in the wall (inside of our room) and saw bugs coming in and out of them. So, this stay is not for the faint of heart. Also at 9:30 AM there was no “breakfast” to speak of, just a single takeout box of donuts on the counter."

"Staffing at this hotel are friendly, smiling and helpful, asked about early check in and scheduled stay was ok if I got there early. I go off late so it was no issue. Nice clean rooms, mine had a nice view or a river Work gets up pretty early so I did not get to breakfast here . All in all a nice place to spend a quiet night"
