"Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey. Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."

"It was a fantastic hotel! We re-located to this hotel from Simply Fine hotel in main Alanya. They were very accommodating when we told them that we are coming and we had a bad experience with previous hotel. They provided a fantastic room, we loved it, it was spacious/clean/modern/comfortable/great view on the balcony! "Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. " On a passé 10 nuits à cet hôtel de 15/07/2024 au 25/07/2024. Le personnel était très serviable et gentil. Je voudrais en nommer quelques-uns pour les remercier : Eugenia ( accueil des visiteurs), Sukru, Sehriban, Merve. La chambre était avec 2 lits vue sur la mer, mais les lits étaient trop étroits (90 cm de largeur). Malgré la largeur, les lits étaient confortables. L'isolation est bien. "Отличный отель, очень приветливый персонал, чистые комнаты, убирают каждый день. Вкусная еда, разнообразная. Отлично организовано питание, завтрак обед ужин в ресторане, а так же в баре на пляже есть полдник и в баре у бассейна ближе к вечеру и ночью. В баре у ресепшена можно тоже брать напитки, турецкий чай и приятно провести время за столиком в саду. Много цветов и зелени, ночью обалденный запах. Чистое голубое море, отличный пляж, лежаки бесплатные. Всё, что нужно для отдыха!)"
