Pawley's Peace is located at a Top Notch Golf Resort and is less than10min from the beach. It also serves as comfortable home base for excursions to surrounding areas like Myrtle Beach and historic Charleston. We can assure you peace of mind as we have the condo thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We hope you can take some much-needed time away from the hustle bustle life style back home. This third floor condo overlooks the 1st hole fairway on the True Blue golf course where the condo is located. Being a top floor(NO elevator), end unit, this two bedroom, two bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living area. No neighbors above you to worry about. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds. There is a pull out sofa bed for additional guests. There are TV's located in both bedrooms in addition to the one in the living room and free Wi-Fi is provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishes/utensils/cookware and basic seasonings. For those who need their morning coffee, there is a coffee maker and a Keurig for that one cupper.

Great stay right by the course

Owners were nice and communicative before and throughout our stay. Right by hole 1 of the True Blue course, close to everything on Pawley's Island and the place had everything a group of 4 golfers could ask for. Thanks for letting us stay at your great property!

Pawley's Peace: Comfortable and Convenient

Pawley's Peace was the perfect property for a long-weekend at the beach. The condo was conveniently located with a number of restaurants and shops within a 10-minute drive, had all of the amenities we needed, and (most importantly for me) was very clean! Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

One of the best places ever!

The communication with owner right after rental to the check out was amazing. The unit was so extremely clean!!!!! The owner left everything you could possibly need or want for your stay! I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Pawley's Peace was a great place for our family vacation. The unit was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We really loved the screened balcony. The pool pass was nice. We really appreciated the season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. The Condo is in a very convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

Very nice!

We had a short stay, and everything was perfect! The condo was clean and cheerful. There were even snacks waiting on the counter. The owners were super responsive and friendly.

Summer Getaway

Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful! Home was tidy and comfortable, screened porch was nice, and pools were great for the kids. Pack light, you have to carry things up 3 flights of stairs.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable, clean and really enjoyed the view- first hole of True Blue golf course. Kitchen has everything you need. As an additional bonus a State Park pass is there to use. We go to Huntington Beach; clean and not busy like others. We were told about the True Blue golf club for breakfast and lunch; so pretty, overlooks the 18th hole and food was so good with large portions. Definitely a great place to call home for a couple weeks. Thank you for the hospitality.

The condo was beautiful, very comfortable and wonderfully stocked! I would totally stay there again. Was in a beautiful neighborhood people were friendly. We didn’t get to use the pools because of the rain. Property owners were fantastic and easy to work with the only thing I would say is if you’re an overpack like me, Be careful because it’s on the third floor with no elevators lol. I honestly can’t say enough good things

No frills, but quiet peaceful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything we needed, it was located close to the beach and shops. The grocery store is maybe a half mile away. It's located on the 3rd floor with no elevators, and the closest pool is located within a 5 minute walking distance. There is very little water pressure in the master bath and the water does not get hot, warm, but not hot.

I recently stayed at this VRBO, and it exceeded all of my expectations! The property was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor area; the [patio/pool/balcony] was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. It's clear they take great pride in this property, and it really shows. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience. We can't wait to come back!

Work/vacation getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Pawley's Peace. It was an escape from the cold of Connecticut, combining working remotely with some vacation time. We spent time at the beaches - Pawley's Island and Huntington Beach State Park (owners shared their pass which was helpful). I rode my bike a couple times on the paths on route 17 and on Pawley's Island and played golf a couple times including at True Blue which was very nice. There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. We liked Local the best for a casual dinner and drinks. The place itself was in great shape - very clean with beds made when we arrived and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in working order. The view of the first fairway off the porch was nice as I worked from the dining room table. Nancy was also helpful with instructions for check in and questions during our stay. Would highly recommend.
