"Well when you pay Olympic prices, you get the best the hotel has to offer! So on the first floor above reception area, we had a large suite facing street with large windows and a sofa bed with accessible table/chair nearby! Bathtub is rather dangerous with very steep sides, but gentle jets! But the best was Marco, who could be an excellent concierge in any hotel! Very smart and helpful! The other draw should certainly be the enormous breakfast-spread arranged for guests! Absolutely loved it with caring staff keeping everything spic and span! Room cleaned daily and clean sheets provided during our ten day stay for Olympics 2026. No complaints, but we like hotels with character! Jean Short"

"This is my second time staying. Location is very good, calm and staff is very friendly. I visited by my car this time. Parking was spacious and went directly to hotel. "
"Hotel located about 20 minutes from city center by bus or tram, excellent connections and frequencies.
Staff is the best, super friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooms are very, very spacious with comfortable beds.
Breakfast, loads of choice. All fresh with a large variety of fresh good quality produce. "
"Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. "
