"Not enough employees to handle the resort. No coffee pods in rooms. Leaky showers. No dish towel. If you use up the sm roll of paper towels you have to pay for more!!! Terrible dinner service in Valencia restaurant - served similar to fast food. Hot tub was grossly dirty. Poor labeling of room numbers. Very sm hallways. Best toddler pool ever! Many dead trees. "

"The property was in a great location. The pool was excellent. The room was a great size and well equipped. The only negative was the couch… The couch was terrible! We did not sit on it or use it because of how dated and old and dilapidated it was."

"Me and my family had a wonderful time at Hoilday Inn Waterpark Suites. The staff there was very hospitable. A lot of outdoor activities; two heated pools, a splash pad, a basketball hoop, water slides and a flow rider."
