The servers at breakfast were not interested in helping us. The reception staff were nice but ineffective. We had strange damp musty smell in room but no attention was paid to it, the fridge broke down and was never repaired. We asked for bananas at breakfast and the big ladyboy just said we no have so stop asking. The servers stood all morning watching thai television and the tables were filthy all dirty marks. The lift was broken for a full day we were there but no one came or called the room to say , you would expect to be told on higher floors in case you had some mobility or health problems.. the only bonus was the reception staff and one bellboy who was so helpful. The breakfast servers did not tell us we could order omelette or special eggs etc we found out on day we left. The service in food is atrocious, they virtually throw you out and switch ban Marie’s off at 10.30am despite them having stood around doing nothing for the full serving time. The hotel rooms are getting dated and smelly with stuff breaking with no proper engineering to help repair .
