Hotel is located within a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife but is quiet at night. Our room was adequate although a bit dated. It was clean and serviced everyday. Aircon worked well and wasn’t noisy as in other comments. The pools at the sister hotel opposite were clean and inviting. A welcome change from the beach which we found a little smelly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good and reasonably priced.

The Sabai Inn is just 150m from the beach in a quiet soi. The large room was clean with a nice clean modern bathroom. The lift, shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv,room safe all operated well. There is good cupboard space with tables and chairs. The staff is friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is good. Many shops restaurants bars and a large mall are in less than 10 minutes walk

Great hotel..use it regularly..nice quiet soi ..easy access to town via baht bus from beach road..only negative now is can't use the excellent pool at sabai lodge .because it's now under different management..but have pool at sabai sabana which is available..just had the last 14 nights of a 30 night stay in pattaya at sabai and throughly enjoyed it left 28.9.23

Hi..I use to stay here a lot like 10 years ago and it was good. Now: old roms , shower in the tub and shower hardly works and stands maybe 170 cm over your stand in the tub.
