Great little dooming of a place very clean and safe with wonderful smiling staff and the cleaning maids were very helpful well done to front reception staff super friendly.

This is my second stay in 3 months I would recommend this little diamond of a place super friendly staff and with smiles and the house maids are very helpful rooms are very large and cleaned thoroughly with added bonus of microwave this is so convenient as you can warm your food and the security is good and parking is available.

What a great place to stay the rooms are very large with space and the staff are absolutely fantastic and the added bonus is it has microwave in room a little gem of a place will definitely stay here and will recommend ploen place residence.

Ideal location great staff
My second time staying at Ploen. Service is excellent maid service is very flexible. Location is ideal 3 minute walk to beach and Terminal 21. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach towels available. Only downside is room key is very old school. No key card you have to use the actual key. When you put the do not disturb sign on the door it is hard to lock from inside. Some towels look really worn out.

An Ambience, cleanliness and safe apartment- hotel. Staff members are courteous and friendly especially the reception counter. Quiet location and two huge malls with supermarkets inside are within walking distance in 15 minutes around. Short walking to the Pattaya beach. High cost performance and highly recommend to other travellers as well as solo ones.

Its location is very good, it is near beach, Terminal 21, Alcasa and Art in museum, a lot many street food and convenient store. Staffs are kindness. It is a pity that there is only one restroom for 2 bedrooms type.

Modern hotel in good area.
Really nice hotel with modern rooms located just minutes away from beach, central marina and terminal 21. It's my 3rd time staying at this hotel and can only recommend it. But book taxi to airport elsewhere.

Clean room Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Pleasant and efficient staff at main desk. Room kept clean by efficient staff members. No breakfast-I knew that, nearby options. I spent 5 nights here and happy to come back again.

Great simple hotel
Clean hotel. Friendly staff, and no problem with guests in room. No breakfast or pool, but great location. Wifi was not the best, and loud AC.

Peaceful place
Great location away from all the noise. But only minutes away to the beach and 2nd road. Room cleaned every day and great WiFi. Security man was very pleasant and liked to chat.

It's ok
The room, location, hotel staff all 'OK'. It seems that hotels in this area have started to do the dirty laundry scheme. The find some towel, sheet, floor matt, that you've used and insist it is too dirty to be cleaned. In this case it was a bed sheet. They wanted me to pay to replace it. Luckily my Thai girlfriend was wise to the scheme and made argument, taken the sheet across the street paid the laundry shop 20Baht to clean the sheet. No problems. Other wise I would have paid 2,000 baht to replace it. This has happened at some other hotels that I have stayed at as well (in this area only). It seems to be an old and familar scheme to locals but not tourist. Hence, before you leave, make sure all cloth items are free of noticeable dirt, or travel with a local person.

一切都很好，地方大，地點近兩大商場，又近海灘。特別要讚洗衣機同乾衣機容量好大，可以一次過完成家庭需要。 但要提出家庭房只有一條鎖匙，仲要連接上電源開關咭，對家庭來說是有所不便，希望可以增加鎖匙數量。 下次來Pattaya玩，這間酒店必定為首選！

房間乾淨,鄰近T21
房間舒服乾淨,員工亦十分友善! 地點方面,鄰近T21,附近亦有不少街頭美食,有各款美食任君選擇. 唯一缺點:浴室,淋浴間用的是浴簾, 經常會碰到,感覺不太衛生,如能更改成玻璃門會更好!
