Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa truly exceeded all our expectations! The service is outstanding – every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The hotel is even more impressive in real life than in the photos. Our room was beautiful, spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. There are so many thoughtful details and pleasant surprises throughout the property that you simply don’t see online. The food is absolutely fantastic. The restaurants and the bakery offer delicious dishes and treats with great variety and quality. We genuinely looked forward to every lunch and every little indulgence. The pool area is amazing, with multiple pools for different moods – and even waterslides, which were such a fun and unexpected surprise. Perfect for both relaxation and enjoyment. I also used the fitness center, which was big, clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a proper workout. The chilled, fresh-smelling towels in the fridge were such a nice touch! The spa is also worth a visit – calm, professional, and incredibly relaxing. This hotel delivers that “something extra” in every possible way, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our time here unforgettable. We will definitely be back! 💛🙏

The hotel is nice and the property looks well kept. The staff are very nice and courteous. My only complain has to do around the buffet in the morning it’s a free for all, adults and annoying children dipping their hands in the food, coughing in front of the food and running around almost crashing into people with places loaded with food. That’s why I hate buffets! I wish the hotel would have signs saying make sure your children behave and do not touch food with their bare hands… but I doubt any hotel has the guts to do that.

The hotel looks nice and is very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options, really enjoyed every single day. Pools are clean and clean towels provided anytime you need. Housekeeping was amazing, the lady come every day and cleaned, changed our linen and towels anytime we needed. Location is very good, walking distance to markets, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

This newly opened hotel boasts modern facilities and a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. However, the swimming pool and kid's club are quite small, which might be a downside for families or those looking for more recreational space. Overall, a great stay with comfortable amenities and superb hospitality, though the pool and kid's area could be improved.
