The water pressure for the shower is almost non-existent. The pressure is low that it’s almost impossible to shower ( I had stupidly ignored the reviews I had read and booked the accommodation).And the mixer knob is damaged with only the spine sticking out and thus impossible to use. I had to shower elsewhere daily before returning to the resort to sleep.

가성비는 좋지만 위치는?

숙소 가격이나 상태. 서비스로는 가성비가 최고이지반 위치는 진짜 황당할정도의 위치입니다. 파타야 시내까지 차로 사십분 이상 걸리고 편도 골목길로 오백미터 이상 들어간 풀빌라 내지는 주택가 한가운데에 있고 인근에 식당이나 편의점도 전무합니다. 차를 가지고 가는 분이나 인근의 카툰네트워크 아마존이나 농눅빌리지둥을 가실 분들이 아니라면 추천하기 어렵겟네요

Nice quiet hotel

Very nice setting. The hotel has great potential, but just misses the mark on many simple items. Internet poor in the room, bath room items not topped up, towels basic and only one each, limited breakfast choice. The room is nice and very quiet and relaxing at night. Need to be aware that you need your own transport as very isolated.

직원들이 친절한 조용한 호텔

주요 관광지에서 조금 멀리 떨어져 있긴 하지만 택시로 비싸지 않게 올 수 있는 곳이고 무엇보다 다른 일행들에 크게 방해받지 않고 머물 수 있어 좋음. 직원분들 또한 친절하고 조식도 간단하게 먹을 수 있게 되어 있어 좋았음. 간간히 도마뱀도 보이긴 하지만 지내는 데 방해될만한 정도는 아니었음.

Ideal place to get away from it all.

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be. The room was more like a small flat than a bedroom incorporating a kitchen, sitting room and dining table and chairs. The restaurant was not open in the evenings but offered a very good breakfast, both Western and Thai with excellent service. The garden offers a private pool with various sitting areas. The hotel was fairly empty when we arrived but was packed at the weekend when the new guests held a party in the garden which lasted until about 01.30am.

Quiet location near to a secluded beach.

Palm Grove is very peaceful and quiet. We travelled with our two children and felt very safe. You need a car to get about as it's quite secluded but there are lots of things to do nearby. The pools were lovely and gardens well kept. The staff clean every day and provide fresh towels. There was plenty of room in our apartment, a lounge and dining area, well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with own bathrooms and another toilet downstairs. Lots of wardrobe and storage space. A good base to stay in as there is no bar, restaurant or entertainment.

Il resort è carino, ma necessita di un po' di manutenzione. Pecca grave l'assenza di un bar e di qualsiasi genere alimentare che costringe a comprarsi qualcosa anche all'arrivo, oltre a organizzarsi per la colazione. Il wifi funziona un po' a tratti, da migliorare. Personale comunque cortesissimo e buona posizione non lontano dal mare. Un po' isolato.

hotel booking information is misleading

the websites says it is 4.5km away from pattaya city center, but actually it is 40-50km away. it took us one hour taxi from hotel to pattaya city.

Very good for family

When we arrived and showed the reservation record in the reception, the staff cannot find my booking. After 10 mins, they still cannot check out my booking record in the system. Finally, the staff upgraded us to the villa resort which has a private pool and three bedrooms. The resort is spacious and clean. The location is bit far away from the centre of Pattaya. Renting a car should be a smart choice. The resort is very close to a beach. And there are served with massage, grilled seafoods and fruits. In additions, the experience of my stay is quite satisfied.
