Great little hotel convenient to everything

The hotel is very nice and clean, with very helpful staff. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and baht buses. We did enjoy our stay and the food at breakfast and restaurants was very good. We did experience difficulties twice in ordering room service, but other than everything went well.

Heartfelt Thank You

Thank you Mytt for decorating my room as I wasn't expecting it at all. My birthday falls on this month and without any prompt, they decorated my room (see pics), Imagine my surprise when I walked in! This hotel is located nicely between building within a small road. Rest assured, the road is clean, safe and well lit. Don't expect a view from your room but I can definitely say it's well worth the money to stay here. Why? 1) Room is clean and spacious 2) Elevator is fast no wait 3) Food is delicious 4) Location is nicely located within walking distance to mall, soi6, beach, clubs and several other hotspots 5) Safe as the front door is always manned and looked at Once again, big shoutout and thank you to Mytt team for the surprise.

My room was nice a clean but no look at all from my balcony. It’s just a look at another building. There was a party in the next door room, and I could hear them like they were in my room.. until late hours. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and it was almost impossible to communicate my dietary needs with them at breakfast. It was embarrassing for me to have to repeat my question to four different people, who couldn’t understand what I am asking and couldn’t help me.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES & POOR SERVICE - AVOID!

What promised to be a comfortable business stay quickly devolved into frustration. The "free drink voucher" promotion was misleading - these were only valid for children's fruit juice, a deceptive tactic to lure guests to their overpriced restaurant. The laundry service was extortionate (6000 Thai baht/£160 for six bags) and substandard. Our "cleaned" clothes were returned with visible stains and still smelling of perspiration. Some items appeared completely unwashed. This created ongoing embarrassment as we needed these clothes for business meetings throughout our trip. Staff handling of issues was poor. They claimed to have called about laundry problems at 8:00 AM but left no message. The manager later contradicted himself, saying they "didn't want to disturb us" yet claimed they called anyway. By the time our unwashed laundry was returned (11:30 AM on our final day), it was too late to find alternatives. Reception staff displayed condescending attitudes behind artificial smiles, making every interaction uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with unhelpfulness. We invested significant money and received only stress, inconvenience, and dirty laundry in return. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this establishment unless you enjoy paying premium prices for substandard service and deceptive practices. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Very clean and well-decorated hotel lobby and room. The staff greets you every time you walk through the door with a Sawadee Ka and a big smile. The bathroom is very nice, has a big rainfall shower head, and large mirrors for getting ready for a night out. Plenty of good food options close to the hotel. I suggest trying Digga Burger for an American-style hamburger at a good price. The only reason it gets a 4-star is the pool area. It is never in the sun, so you have to go to the beach if you want to work on your tan. Lots of rules when you check in, and if you're planning to have guests at your hotel, this might not be the place for you.

I did not like the 4,000 baht deposit at check-in I also didn't like 1,000 baht charge for bringing a guest to my room. Especially after talking to other single people staying at the hotel who told me they weren't charged for bringing a guest.and finally at the pool bar in the hotel i was charged for 4 drinks when I only ordered 3 drinks.

Not too impressed with the room size, especially given that it is called a "suite". Shower water temperature adjustment was very flaky, either cold or scalding. Breakfast geared toward Asian customers, not much beyonds eggs for the Europeans and Americans.
