Remote and unaccommodating Hotel Staff at Mangoes
I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH EXPEDIA AND MANGOES MOTEL because we were not accommodated. They did not reserve the place for us. The caretaker does not speak English. The phone number as posted in Expedia is wrong. I had a refund of 1400 Baht which somehow paid for the inconvenience. I spent more in Hotel accommodation instead of spending less because we cannot find a hotel in the middle of the night. I also spent double the price of the Grab taxi because the hotel is far from the venue. It is so inconvenient. I spent 3,200 Baht for the Hotel and 2,080 for the Grab Taxi. I will not recommend Expedia to my family, friends and colleagues for their next travels. There should be a confirmation from the Hotel and the number should be correct. We've been trying to call the contact number but it was of no avail mainly because it was a wrong number. A sad customer, Joyce Calica

Hotel located near Sukhumvit road, near a Ban-Amphur beach and some mini marts. Room is clean with big bed, but pillow is too soft for me. A lot of attraction points around this hotel.
