A great place
Katesiree house is an amazing little hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly and service to the modern fitted rooms was on a daily basis. I have stayed at Katsiree house three times now and will be back again based on my enjoyable stay, the coffee and beer at hand from its bar area down stairs and the fact its bang smack right in the middle area of everything you need from bath buses, cafe's, sports bars, shopping centers, night markets and walking street makes this little gem of a hotel is the ideal hotel to stay!

Mediocre receptionist
I was very happy with my stay until it was time for me to check out. I needed a very early check out (6am) and was having a friend who was traveling with me come over (3am) so that we could travel together to the airport. I informed the receptionist of my arrangement and that when my friend arrived to please send her straight up to my room and received a very short and rude reply from her saying that she didn’t want to be bothered with any details, so instead of getting a few extra minutes of shuteye, I was forced to set my alarm for an extra wake up call for 3am in anticipation of of her arrival, get dressed and wait for her to arrive and then return to my room, reset the alarm and try to go back to sleep in order to be on time for my taxi to the airport. Not only did this cost me precious time and sleep , but spoiled my mood for what should have been a happy occasion

The air-con in the 1st room was broken and we were moved, can't say that the 2nd room was much cooler but appreciated the gesture. Great location for those who enjoy the Thai nightlife.

Horrible, not worth it.
Hotel staff demanded 300 baht because they claimed the pillow cover wasn't clean. Bad area - hotel was inside a loud bar. You could hear music all night even at the top floor. Room wasn't cleaned properly. There was still trash from previous occupants.

Great value! The room was super clean. Its a walking distance to alot of bars, restaurants, the night market and 2 shopping malls - mikes mall and central festival

Dont judge a hotel by its facade!
its facade is not very pleasing as it looks a bit old and small. If u are young and dont mind taking the stairs, this 3 star budget hotel is perfect with respect to its relatively low price. However its room is BIG and cozy... perfect for couples out there! cheers!

A short stay, marred by illness, so hard to rate. Good value for a budget hotel, room and bathroom excellent. No kitchen operational at the hotel, but plenty of food outlets yards away. right in the heart of the go go bars of LK Metro area.

普通に快適です。
エアコン、シャワー、WiFiは快適です。ドライヤー、エレベーターはありません。建物は若干古いですが位置的に便利ですので普通に快適です。

アットホームな雰囲気で和める感じ
ソイ ブッカオの真ん中あたりにあり、周りは、タイマッサージ、食堂・レストラン、両替などなど便利なところです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで雰囲気はいいです。 建物は古いですが、清潔感はあり、シャワーもしっかりと水圧がありますので、安心して泊まれます。

一泊だけの滞在でしたが5Fの部屋。ここはエレベーターがないので大きな荷物は移動が大変です。ドライヤーがありません。値段が安いのでまた宿泊します。

LKの真裏で遊びに行くのには最適。 道路向かいには安い食堂があり便利。 セカンドロードまで徒歩で出ればソンテウあり！ コンビニも徒歩1分となんでもあります。 部屋は普通に問題なし。 階段しかありませんがエクササイズとしてとらえればなんともありません。

ここは本当に日本人には穴場なゲストハウスですね。 ウォーキングストリートまで１００バーツ払えばモーター歳もニコニコして裏道で行ってくれるし、jfも取られないし。ただエスカなしでの階段5階は結構呑んだくれた後には聴いた。 嬢も若干顔がひきづってた(^｡^) でもそこさえ気にならなければ１かげつくらい止まっても寝るだけならマイペンライト。 次もパタヤで夜遊びならここかな。

場所はブッカオなのでどこに行くにも便利です。 部屋は必要にして十分な設備で、清潔でコストパフォーマンスは高いので、 近くにある系列のゲストハウスも含めて今回で3回目。次回も候補の一つです。 エレベーターはありません。今回は4階でしたので、ちょっと辛かったです。 今回の部屋は以前より若干狭く、冷蔵庫が小型だったのは残念でしたが、料金を考えると問題ないレベルです。

Place is good. Hotel looks quite good.price is good. No hot water in room tv is good, aircon is good. Safebox was locked and they couldn't open it until next day. No problem for girlfriend. Katesiree residance is better than here.

ブッカオにある夜遊びに便利なホテル
チェックイン時の対応があまり気持ちのいいものではなく不愛想な感じでした。 部屋は古いながらも清潔感はありました。大きな冷蔵庫がついていたので何かと重宝しました。 wi-fiも快適につながりました。 目の前がソイブッカオで深夜までうるさい環境にあります。寝るとき静かな環境を求める方にはこのホテルはおすすめできません。

Un hôtel à faire fermer ! Les cafards sous la douche, dans la cage d'escaliers, le personnel qui s'en contre-fou et qui ne change les draps que tous les 3 jours, climatisation défectueuse, chambre non insonorisée, pas d'eau chaude, remontées d'égouts des toilettes avec l'odeur qui va avec...
