Me and my 3 friends stayed 19 night it was good but The pool was left in a bad state by a large group of Pakistans glass bottles & rubbish every we’re we couldn’t use pool that day in case of accident the noise was really bad all day

Good location for single man
I read feom the wikisexguide that this hotel would be in the best area if you like nightlife. Room was basic but very loud area so bring earplugs if you are not a good sleeper.

Great staff and location.Easy to walk everywhere. Area very noisy till 3.00am every night.Buy earplugs if you want to sleep!!

Super Bad Experience. We donated our money
It was really bad experience as Hotels.com and Eastiny INN staff doesn't helpout about rescheduling our accidental booking. They took 32000 INR for nothing as we are not going to stay or accommodate those rooms at all. Its like they looted us instead of solving issues as their was always exception to handle this matter. Me n my colleagues had worst trip due to this matter. Never recommended eastiny inn and hotels. Com for abroad accommodation. Your customer 1st service is zero. It's very unsatisfied experience.

I liked the room and sea view. What I was dissatisfied with is the fact that when I booked hotel no one informed me that the swimming pool was having maintenance and could not use it for the whole duration of my stay. I would definately not have booked this hotel if I had known this. I could have saved money and booked hotel without a pool. Please let me know next time.

stayed 9 days check in staff very friendly room was spotless and cleaned everyday new pool area maybe do with some more sun loungers quite loud across the road but I don't mind that I knew it was there before I booked overall very pleasant stay

No complaints at all everything I ok only if you want to stay up in the night book this hotel if you want to sleep please please don't book this hotel I was on six floor first night bi could not sleep second night I have to take sleeping pills from nearby pharmacy from festival mall otherwise good hotel

The hotel is 200 metres from the beach on the busy Soi 8. I was disappointed with this hotel, they advised that they have a pool and this was why I booked this hotel. However the pool was not in use . I asked for an iron for my clothes and was directed to a local laundry. The minimal exchanges with staff were poor seemed that they where a little disinterested with everything. Being on a busy Soi you would think that it would be rather noisy and you would be correct. So if you want an early night this hotel would not be for you.

It's an ok value hotel.noisy because of the location.swimming pool shut and wasn't notified till got there,alternative provided at another hotel. Location is everything that this hotel is about.if value and location is what you want then this is an ideal budget hotel

Central location. Excellent value for room only. Plenty of facilities on hotel doorstep. Room cleaned every day to high standard. Very friendly, polite and professional reception staff, especially Jane. Would go back again

Good stay, quite loud at night as located across the road from a nite-club. They didn't bother to tell me that the pool was closed due to repairs even though I asked for a room right near the pool.

The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful at the time of checking in. It was very embarrassing for me before my friends since I have booked the hotel online.

the hotel is in soi 8 which is very noisy until 3am every night, full of bars and loud music. there are many stuff to do around the hotel like bars clubs and food. the hotel is clean and stuff is very friendly, good service. the swimming pool was renovated so they send us to another pool in eastiny hotel in the same soi. there is no free drinking water in the hotel. when we check in the first day they said first 2 bottles are free but even that we had to pay for. smoking is not allowed in the room even if you get smoking room can only smoke in the balcony which is small and without chairs. they don't even provide ashtray even though we pay for smoking room. overall the hotel is very basic, for the price we pay i think we could find a better hotel next time.

The staff was excellent from the counter receptions to the cleaning crew. The pool and restaurant were both closed. The room was cleaned daily, the lining and towels were changed daily. The rooms need a dresser so you can unpack your luggage. Need at least one more towel rack in the restroom. A larger fridge would be nice and at least two chairs.

Everything was great staff accommodations bought the pool was not in operation because they were redoing it and that was one thing we wanted to do before we went to the airport for a 36-hour trip back to New York!!! Other than that it was a wonderful place just disappointed no pool!!!

Central Location You Won’t Get Closer To The Bars E.T.C - Only One Staff Was Friendly (Nittya) But Even She Is Leaving In 1 Week As She Said She Does Not Like At All, The Other Staff Do Not Smile Or Even Want To Acknowledge Your Existance, Staff Don’t Care About You Here - Very Basic Hotel - Needs A lot Of Updating - The Rooms Are Inter-Connecting meaning there is a door in your room which leads to the next room and will be like someone else is in your room - Very Noisy - You Will not get any sleep here as noise from the Soi 7/8 will come into your room till 5am each day, When other guests come back it sounds like they just came in your room - Don’t think we had any sleep in the 12 days we stayed lol - I Ended up moving to a hotel where I could get a nights sleep ! The swimming area is very dissapointing they don’t even have anything to sit on - the mats are on the floor e.t.c crazy as it sounds - the room was very clean in a way as the one I stayed in looked like it was renovated to a very basic level - did not see any bugs or ants in the room which was a good bonus - for the downside of the hotel - would I stay again - yes but no more than 2/3 days and then go to a better hotel !

Eastiny Inn Hotel
The Eastiny Inn Hotel is superb it was clean and comfortable the staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good. There are at least 6 Eastiny Hotels in Pattaya. I have only stayed in 2, both were very good. I will book here again next time I am in Pattaya.If The Eastiny Residence hotel is fully booked,as it was in my case.Both of the hotels had good sized swimming pools and were just a short walk to Pattaya Beach Road there are many bars and nightspots nearby.

I would stop there again
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good not far from the beach. The only problem that I had was the bars and the club's was next too the hotel and the music from the bars was very load until 3am, I would stop again but I would ask for a room away the nightlife

Basic Hotel in Pattaya
Sayed for 2 weeks during Songkran , not for families , very basic rooms ,comfortable and central to beach and bars. Noisy at night due to music from nearby bars .Staff very friendly but no cover from the sun at the pool , no bar poolside or evening restaurant. The photos are a little deceptive. A cheap budget hotel that does the basics well, a good nights sleep , aircon and good Wi-Fi..

Newly painted and remodeled. Different color than in picture. Nice rooms and staff. Better than other eastiny on same street. Highly recomend this one compared to others on street. I also stayed at them before

Located at a prime location - close to LK metro , Night bazaar, SOI 6 & tons of party zones nearby. Worth for money. Music on till 3 am from the Rocking bar outside.
