I thought Diana Gardens was a great place to stay. A little out of the way but it was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel very much. I would stay here again if I visited Pattaya.

An excellent quiet hotel, away from the madness

An excellent quiet hotel. My room was spacious and well decorated. The pool and garden area are very good. Handy for the North bus terminal, the Bangkok/Pattaya run. It's a ten minute walk.

The first room I was given had heavily stained sheets. There was no way I could stay there. I went to reception and they gave me another room, which was better. Overall the place is getting very rundown and I've been staying there for over 14 years on and off. Cleaning and maintenance is very poor compared to what it used to be like but the service desk staff are very helpful and the restaurant is good

This photos on Expedia for this property are nothing like the place you stay there is two properties and they but photos from one to show the other it is the worst place I have ever stay I booked for five nights and I left as soon as I could on the second day Expedia should review photographs of accommodation on there site as if this is the norm I for one would not use them again

Overall... skip it.

Service was fine, staff were fine, but the rooms were sub-par. Wifi was spotty to not useful, electric heater in shower didnt work, so no warm water. Only 2 elecyricsl outlets old-style.It's a cheap place to stay, but just too many problems. Far away from everything, so if youre there for the experience.... rhis isnt the place. Pool area was realky nice. Overall.... skip it

You cannot speak to any staff properly. If you communicate in english they will just ignore you the same thing when you call the reception. I stayed 5 days but they never change my bidding. The smell of the bath towels are terrible. The supposed white biddings are almost yellow in color. Pillows are yucky to use not hygienic. Kinda far also from the city center. Mosquitos and many different insect flies are everywhere. I have free breakfast but I only took it once due to the hygiene and poor kinds of food.

Got to stay in old building while my colleague got new building. Room very old second door lock not in working condition, have to fix myself, TV not working. The room and building recognize to the horror movie. I can find better hotel for this room rate.

Das Beste am Hotel ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Busbahnhof und das freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und das Bad selbst für thailändische Verhältnisse extrem klein. Das Waschbecken ist außerhalb des Bads. Es gab Kakerlaken im Bad.

Golfers delight

For me it was handy dandy, as they have a good pool and a driving range right on site . I was probably in the cheaper part of the resort but the bed was comfy and a good sized fridge is nice to have. 7/11 just down the road to stock up your supplies. For the price I can’t complain. Shower gave me some trouble and they fixed it immediately. All staff was friendly.

Nice Enough Hotel If Not Beside ANoisy Roadside...

I chose a hotel which was outside of the very busy and noisy tourist areas of downtown and beachfront Pattaya. So I reserved the Diana Garden as it looked quiet and with a nice garden area as the name suggests. Yes it has a good garden & pool area, but unfortunately there are two sides of the pool and garden area directly beside a road, thankfully not a main road, but certainly still always busy with all traffic, constant noisy motorbikes, tour buses, and also commercial vehicles and delivery trucks go right past the pool area which makes it totally impossible to relax there... You can even see all the traffic going right past only about 10m from you by the pool, and the noise and the fumes are just too much...! The hotel has two completely different accommodation types... The garden bungalows which seem very nice, although exposed to the traffic noise, and a second downmarket accommodation block with three floors of cheap, old, well used rooms. I saw the pictures of the bungalow accommodation, but I paid for the cheaper accommodation block room, but it was unfortunately worse than I had expected, because it was definitely very old, and very well used... The only good point was that it was away from the roadside so it was quiet inside, but I imagine that the garden bungalows were nicely appointed, but sure far too close to the noisy road traffic to be able to relax properly at all...! The staff also always seemed a bit tired, so that didn't help either,

For the price we paid, we have stayed in more expensive hotels which were not as good, always kept clean even though we were in old block. Security was very good as you needed a fob to enter the lift or stairs from ground floor.However, because of security fobs, it could be a problem if one person remained in room.Would have prefered two towels per person and also the balcony was very small but could be used.
