Everything as usual at this property . Good value & staff is outstanding and friendly. Only issue was construction work every morning at 8 30 am outside of the hotel that made impossible to sleep once started . Also revelers from Walking street coming back to hotel at 2 am were extremely loud and slamming doors on a few nights during the stay . Next trip will go back to North Pattaya where it’s quieter .

This property is well below the reviews given. More like a truck stop hotel in the middle of no where. My first clue was the concierge desk was a tray table. We left and stayed at another hotel. Expedia was no help in getting a refund and would only say it’s up to the hotel! Who guess what!! Doesn’t want to refund anything. It actually feels a bit like a scam !! Terrible customer service all around. Non refundable should not mean, no recourse.

This is a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. They need to improve their WIFI system. I needed it to conduct some business and I couldn’t establish a strong enough connection.

It's beautiful property and place is comfortable and quiet, but the the reception staff is pathetic and racist, this is 2nd time I stayed at this hotel but I don't like the way they treat Indian. Not every person the same and next time am I staying at this property I will never stay there anymore.

Very good location. Close to BTS Sky rrain at Punniwithi. Two 7 - Eleven convenience stores within easy walking distance for your daily shopping needs. Good restaurants/cafes also close by. The property is well maintained. The room size was good. The room included a refrigerator and each floor had a microwave. The bathroom was small but adequate but should have been cleaner. There is a small gym and washers and one dryer. I stayed here for 44 days. This property was comfortable, quiet, well placed and priced well. I will stay here again when i return.

Aya is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The bed is big and clean, but the room And especially the bathroom is gross. Old chipped stained tiny. I prepaid for 3 nights and stayed one night only. I will try to get a refund of 2 nights because their pictures and rating is deceiving. If Expedia don’t work with me, I will stop using them.
