"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The entire staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Tatiana at the front desk is a highly professional and most pleasant staff to work with. Patrick at the bar is the people’s favorite, he is patient and courteous. Martain, the Bell-man alway carries a pleasant smile on his face, which represents the unspoken word, “welcome”. Last but not least, Mrs Powell and Mr. Franklin are two managers who understand the importance of making their guests comfortable, and ensure the guests are treated well during their stay at the hotel. Overall, the rooms are spacious with great decor and well made up beds with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet carries a variety food to choose from. "The Spanish Court Hotel is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the Jamaican breakfast was outstanding. The only downside is the views from the rooms are limited."

"I first love the friendliness of the staff at the hotel, I love that you have to have a key to even go up the Elevator to your floor, great security. I love the room how large it was and that it has all I really needed. Love the fast response from the hotel when I asked for help with the Ac in operating it and other things I needed, I did not have to wait a long time to get it. Everything was wonderful about the hotel and staff, one downfall was the continental breakfast, it was not much at all to choose from but my only thing I dislike is that the hot water to make tea was always very luke warm, it would not even dilute the tea back it was so kind of cold, love the Jamaican breakfast i got once, just was not enough food, yam, banana, dumplins etc. but it was really tasty. Kitchen staff was pleasant and friendly. Housekeeping was great and on top of their job, did not use them but they provided all I ask for everytime. Overall I had a great stay at the R Hotel, my first time and proably will not be my last God's willing."
