***The Space - This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open living room features a large picture window with breathtaking ocean views, filling the space with natural light and a calming coastal vibe. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals while listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze from your private balcony.

• Bedroom 1 (Master)- Queen bed with private bathroom | Bedroom 2- Queen bed | Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full-size bottom, twin top) + one additional twin bed

***House Information and Solar Battery Power Supply
1. Only the three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
2. Parking is available for 2 vehicles only.
3. A starter supply of toilet paper and shampoo is provided for the first 3 days of your stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. A local store is nearby, or Walmart is available along the drive to the house
4. Puerto Rico may experience occasional power outages. To help guests remain comfortable, the home is equipped with a limited emergency battery backup system.
5. During an outage, the following will continue to operate: • Lights throughout the home, • Refrigerator, • Ceiling fans, • TV
6. The following items must NOT be used during a power outage, as they will drain the battery and shut down all electricity: • Microwave, • Hair dryer, • Water heater, • Washer and dryer, • All air conditioning units. WARNING: Using any restricted appliances during an outage may shut down the backup system, resulting in a complete power outage. Battery duration depends on outage length, weather conditions, and usage, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
7. Guests are required to review and accept our Short-Term Rental Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the booking, guests agree to all house rules and policies outlined in this agreement.
