The room I was in was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was kind and very attentive. It is a trek from all the tourist attractions downtown Manilla but very close to malls and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would add on the extra for the breakfast buffet; it is worth it.

The staff in this hotel are top notch. Starting from the front desk to the staff that clean the rooms. One thing I can say is that the cleaning crew and security are very honest. I lost my Pandora bracelet and after reporting it missing the front desk started to do a review of the video at the time ...
