Perfect trip

I use VRBO frequently when traveling and I was a bit apprehensive about booking this new listing since there were no previous reviews. But I am so glad I did. We had a wonderful stay the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. We will be booking again next time we are in the area!

Outstanding!!

If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!

We had a great experience at this property. Super clean, communication was clear and helpful. It was very welcoming. They had a nice big dog bed, gifted a dog bone, and even got our son a balloon to celebrate his sports tournament. Highly recommend this host and property. Would return.

Very new nice and cozy 2nd floor unit. i felt safe. Its about a 20 minute walk to the ferry and shore front park and less than 5 minute walk from the train station. Driveway parking is around the corner and no direct access to the back yard from the unit if you’re looking for a space to be outside.
