"We liked the proximity to downtown and freeway. The daily Happy Hour with free drinks and appetizers was a nice addition. The complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations was a nice amenity although we didn't take advantage of it since you needed to reserve ahead of time and know the time of return. The only negative is the bed was very soft."

"Accommodated my late-night check-in. Also, since he remembered me from previous stays, he was not worried about the incidentals deposit. This was a breath of freshair knowing what I have done in the past to help even in the slightest, was not overlooked! I always leave the room ready to just come in and clean up quickly... It's no doubt a big help when you have a full hotel to clean up that day! Glad he recognized that by waiting the deposit and leaving keys hidden for me to get when I arrived. Siri staff you are amazing and don't work too hard! You have impressed and gained another loyal guest!"
